Holidays and vacations often involved trips to the mountains for snow skiing, wakeboarding, and hiking. Throughout her adolescence, Natalie spent her free time at the local YMCA attending swim team and group fitness classes. It was there that Natalie met a kick boxing instructor who took her on as a protégé at 13—Natalie never looked back. Her innate love for music, dance, choreography and kickboxing combined with her natural ability to lead allowed her to take on her first instructor position at 16 years old.
Committed to strengthening her clients from the inside out, she is also an expert in fueling the body and shares her latest tips through Nat’s Nibbles! In addition to being a fitness enthusiast, Natalie is a fashion fanatic. She started designing custom t-shirts from a young age and eventually honed her creativity and keen sense of the business at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing Communications.
Before pursuing fitness full-time, Natalie worked in the fashion industry for several years, serving designers such as Nicole Miller and Ralph Lauren managing product development and styling. When she’s not in the gym or at a photo shoot, Natalie enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, cooking and staying active outdoors. Natalie and her husband Andrew reside in Brooklyn.
